Yes, gratitude and forgiveness and love are what I am being as often as I can. Life just feels better to me when I can be there. Besides wanting to uncover the source of my TMS, I am doing TPP to feel more connected to my nature and presence. Sounds kinda high-falutin', but it's the truth for me.
