Thank you very much for the reply BloodMoon. I do agree that since there is no pain or anything I shouldn't really worry about it... It's just my mind goes all OCD on 1 symptom as soon as another one goes and this one is on the foreground again now lol. Really cool username btw :D

I hope that everyone is doing well and is remaining hopeful within their healing journey. This is my first post so I'll give a short introduction as to why I know I have TMS and what the things are that I have been dealing with and how it sort of started without it being too graphic...
I told my sleep therapist about TMS and she knows a bit about the mind-body and told me that most people are not willing and or ready to hear that these aches and pains are genuinely from their own brain/subconcious emotions.
