    Day 8 Up and down

I'm a bit up and down.. over the years,I've successfully recovered from RSI, foot/ankle pain, and long covid. I'm in another 'dip' with my second bout of long covid. A few weeks ago, I got Covid again, and I immediately panicked about long covid. I bought an upgraded HRV and heart rate monitor...

    Relapse

Argh! I've had a really stressful day, I'm aware that I'm having some catastrophising thoughts, and I'm aware that I am angry too!! So why is the pain coming back? I'm 3.5months on from 'ankle sprain' being told it's peroneal tendonitis or pending MRI a rough surface joint, hairline crack, or bone marrow edema..... So desperately trying to focus on the emotions but...

    Day 3 Evidence

So today I was a bit more active, I walked for longer without the crutches. It was a stressful situation I was in. But the pain came on really badly in my foot. So is this evidence that there is something physically wrong?! Or is it the brain ramping up the pain because it fears I am overiding...

    Day 1 Here again!

Ok so, brief story so far. I had tension headaches at 17, then a wrist injury at 18. (Or was it TMS?) then eventually recovered... Then I got depression... Then 'new daily persistent headache' and migraines.... Then some back pain in-between.... Gosh just writing this down, crazy how much pain...
