Hey,
It's a process that takes a bit of time. There really isn't any method out there. You just discovered TMS, as the fear level lowers the pain levels also should decrease over time
For me the key is indifference & acceptance. Stop trying to heal immediately, let go and move on with life...
Checking back in : the symptoms are 100% gone. They left within days of applying TMS approach
The mass freak-out is clearly driving a lot these long covid/vaccine symptoms imo
Hi everyone,
Anyone think this could be TMS? Anyone fix this with TMS approach? It only happens when lying down. It does seem to be physical because when I raise my pillow higher and tilt my head at an angle it does clear up somewhat.
It's been giving me a hard time sleeping. It forces me to...
Thanks @Zuz and @Andy Bayliss
The soreness in my right calf has been moving around these past few days on and off, switched legs, and spread to the thighs and butt. I'm wondering now if it's not just muscle fatigue from the vaccine. At night it's been barely noticeable and starts aching after...
Hey everyone,
Long story short I got the J&J vaccine on Saturday in order to keep my job . I really didn't want to especially because I was scared of side effects and my history with TMS.
I got the typical flu like symptoms, fever, dizziness, aches all over, nausea. But about 24 hours in I...
Same here. I finally feel like I got over this thing.
Symptoms are gone after 2 and a half weeks. I'm 90% sure it was the virus.
But it could also have been some sort of acid reflux mimicking the thing induced by TMS
@MindMood I know what you're going through. Just wait it out at home and try to get some rest and relaxation.
I've also been having some sore throat sensations, weird burning chest pressure, on and off difficulty breathing for the past 13 days, but no fever/cough. However, I'm gradually coming...
Thanks Lainey, watching this. Sorry I deleted my previous post.
For those wondering, I'm getting chest pain and panic attacks from this stupid virus. And my brain is telling me "what if I have it"
Usually all day. Sometimes just for a few hours
The teeth would either tingle, be completely numb or extremely senstive to touch... Clearly blood flow retracting from that area
Just circling back to say that the symptoms are gone. I can't remember when exactly probably around March 2019. I just remembered this forum existed and that I posted here.
Hopefully this gives hope to some people with similar symptoms.
The key is to let go & stop caring and eventually the...
Exposure is the only way to uncondition your pain
Go out and ride your bike without fear. Yeah it will suck at first, but eventually the pain will subside
Definitely TMS in my opionion. Numbness/tingling/pins and needles sensation is characteristic of TMS. The MRI should give you a clear indication that nothing is wrong.
I've had the same sensation in various parts of my body for years (Scalp, face, lips, teeth). And it was all TMS. Blood flow...
I took Gabapentin for like 6 months. It's a totally useless drug if your pain is TMS related
It will make you dizzy at first and that's about it. There can be some withdrawal issues too. I took up to 3000mg daily. So I was at a very high dosage.
