    Oh my gosh, I was in bed recently and noticed my pain switching from my head to my wrist over and over again. I just lay there noticing it thinking "huh, the pain is moving around just like they said it might"!

    Strava

    I use Strava regularly because I bike to work and like to keep track of my progress and how many miles I ride. It's somewhat motivating too, trying to beat previous times and such. I'm curious what your thoughts are...and what it may have to do with TMS recovery!
