    Thanks again for the info. The odd thing is that the pain management opiods had almost no noticeable reduction in pain, however like with you the topicaldoes work bu not for long unfortunately. Who or what type of physician would you think would be best to consult at this point? Thanks Chris

    Most of what I have read about tmj seems to be mostly related to face and.jaw pain. If this is tmj related why do you think a trigeminal nerve block injection had no positive results? Thankyou for tesponding.
