Stretching....to do or not to do?

Stretching does certainly feel good. I've never known it to help my symptoms. Actually nothing seems to help my symptoms recently. Frustrating but that's for another post.

trying to determine whether or not chronic and mysterious RSI problems are TMS?

Yes today it was really bad again. :( Bad wrist and hand pain. And elbow pain. Trying to remind myself that it's TMS but it's so painful. Trying to take it easy as I can at work to not scare myself. Using some of my old crutches like foot pedal for clicks just to make it through.

trying to determine whether or not chronic and mysterious RSI problems are TMS?

Very inspirational. I'm still struggling through my recovery and gave had a pretty bad flare up today. I went back to my normal job and symptoms have been steadily getting worse. Need to remind myself that it's TMS and I am safe. Need to be more on it with the journaling and doing the work.

    Won't stay logged in?

I keep on checking the keep me logged in option and it didn't help me logged in. Is this because the site isn't https?

Audio Podcast "Like Mind, Like Body" by Curable

Yes I remember finding that one odd. I'd love to hear more RSI success stories. :) You have a great choice btw. Did you work in radio before? I'm finding the curable app helpful at relaxing but not out of the woods yet.

    RSI and TMS

I have the exact same issue right now. My hands and arms sometimes get really cold and heavy too. Trying to work through it and solve it. Haven't beaten it yet though. The fact that my symptoms change day to day from arm to arm is a huge giveaway that is TMS.

Intro + Can TMS & RSI coexist?

Awesome. Sounds great! I wish I've gotten the progress you've had. Still have burning fingers and hands and shoulders. Tingling fingertips too. And wrist pain. Fun fun. I'm trying to remind myself that it's just psychological but it's hard. Still worry at times that I'm doing myself harm. The...

Intro + Can TMS & RSI coexist?

How's it going? I feel like I'm in the same boat as you. Back at work now and the arm and hand pain are coming back bad. Trying to remind myself that it's TMS.

RSI has put my life on hold, could it be TMS?

Is this true or if it that people didn't complain or talk about it or they'd lose their job?

    Day 1 RSI

I have RSI. Carpal tunnel esque. Thoracic outlet esque symptoms. Wrist pain. Tingling. Bilateral. Elbow pain too. More recently my hands are extremely cold and I get burning back of right hand and tingling fingertips and sometimes parts of palm. Really tight shoulders too and pain on side...

    Stuck and frustrated

Actually scratch that - I just had cold hands... but guess what I have now. Cold feet. Never had cold feet before. F'n TMS.
