    Hi everybody, I am in my sixties and following a disc herniation in my low spine putting pressure on spinal nerves, I went down the usual route of treatment and was advised to have surgery. This didn't help, and for the last 12 years I have been just about managing on my own with prescription pain relief. Pain killers don't help much at all.
    The other day I just happened to come accross something on the internet about TMS, and something clicked! I plan to do Alan's programme and hope it might help me.
