    Diagnoses:
    Mild to moderate degenerative changes in both l. and r. hip joints. Possible trochanteric bursitis of the left hip and/or tendonitis in that same area. MRI shows no structural damage or abnormalities. Severe pain, 8-9/10 upon rising after sleeping at night, walking up stairs or down. Lessening of range of motion and same pain level bending forward from the waiste. Good days: 3-4/10.
