I am 33 years old, stay-at-home mom of two boys, ages 4 & 2. My back pain began 7 years ago at the age of 26. Was diagnosed with two herniated discs and congenital spinal stenosis. I first read Healing Back Pain shortly after my first pain episode, when all conventional treatments failed. I have had a recent recurrence with unrelenting sciatica and right leg weakness. I found the TMS wiki and am on the road to PERMANENT recovery!
