My Story
I am 57 yrs , have suffered lower back pain about once a year that goes aways after a few days' most of the time I'm able to go to work.
However, about month and a half ago I sneezed and that triggered back pain. After a week it got worse-acute pain that didn't allow me to walk by myself , nor was I able to sit down or stand or get my self dressed without help. I went to my doctor and he gave me an antiflamitory pill and said it will go away... I went for acupuncture and it helped a little. Also went to a chiropractor...
It slowly went away after 2-3 weeks
Then I read Dr. Sarno's book "Healing Back Pain". I think I have TMS but there is no one in my country who can help me.
Who can I consult with?
Thanks,
