  • My Story

I have been suffering hip pain over the last twenty years. It has periods of remission but then comes back. The pain is more focused on the inner thigh groin region. Presently it is back with a vengeance, effecting my life....I can’t walk very far, getting in and out of the car is painful and getting up from a seated position is painful. I did the ACE test and scored a 7.
My earlier years I suffered terrible migraines. I am a perfectionist and always looking after everyone. I have guilt, anger and resentment from my childhood.

    Diagnoses:
X-Ray in 2000 showed a hip hairline fracture. MRI also showed problems. I couldn't recall what could have caused it. Had some small falls like hiking and cycling but nothing too bad. Doctor wanted me to see Orthopedic surgeon who wanted to put a screw in. I didn't go through with that. I've had periods of no pain and then terrible debilitating pain.
I have a leg length discrepancy, Sciatica, sacro illiac pain.
In my 20s, 30s, and 40s i suffered terrible migraines.
