    Chronic Hand and Middle Finger Pain- Seeking Help

    I got the same pain. That's the division point of the 2 nerves that run into our hand(s). In our dominant hand, that's OVER-used, be it gripping, grabbing, holding on, etc. My knuckles are swollen, in my rt. hand, and I'm 60 plus yrs. old, I expect to have this pain every time I "over use"...
