    Jaw tendonitis!

The ear pain keeps coming back, healing within a few days from very bad pain where I can’t wear ear plugs or touch my ears, to full recovery. Rinse and repeat. My ears are a bit irritated but they always are so I’ve got ear drops for that. The ear pain is different because it feels like dull...

    Jaw tendonitis!

Ears healed and a few days later during a particularly stressful day one of them started hurting again and is swollen? Is swelling possible with TMS? I don't see a reason why my ears would have any issue, it feels like my body is just throwing new things at me now that I've got my jaw under control.

    Jaw tendonitis!

My jaw is a lot better. I can chew on both sides with no issues. However I think my brain is throwing more issues into the mix now that I’ve sussed out the jaw thing isn’t real and is just TMS. It started with my right ear being very painful out of nowhere and as soon as it heals, it moves on to...

    Jaw tendonitis!

My jaw now feels healed in the mornings. Sometimes in the afternoons and I noticed I kinda miss the clicking haha. I guess it became a habit. It still clicks during the day and worries me but it's not getting worse as it would in the past.

    Jaw tendonitis!

That would explain why my jaw clicks most at night then... Potentially an area that used to have pain then? I still get pains in my foot that I injured 20 years ago that definitely healed long ago haha

    Jaw tendonitis!

That's relieving to hear. What were your teeth symptoms? The gum keeps me from eating too much too. I'm angry about a lot of stuff, but I think I'm aware of most of it! Before I'd just suppress my anger but now I live alone I'm free to be as angry as I wish lmao - however I feel that's caused...

    Jaw tendonitis!

I'm constantly stressed haha, and 2024 was one of the worst years for it. The gum is nicotine gum which helps with focus (I don't smoke or anything), I've always struggled with focus. I used to chew it like crazy and never had jaw issues. I definitely worried more about my jaw over christmas and...

    Jaw tendonitis!

So this is my third post on this forum, the last one being about my knee pain and the first one about my back pain almost 10 years ago! Throughout these years I've been so grateful to know about TMS because it solves perhaps 80% of any pains I have. Isn't that crazy? Anyway, before Christmas I...

Persistent knee pain (over 2 years!). UPDATED!

It’s been almost 2 months since I posted - I’ve been doing any and all exercises including lots of jumping and aside from occasional pain (that i think is TMS), it’s all good. I suppose i can consider myself healed. I notice when I’m super stressed my stomach hurts or I get PMS type pain, or I...

Persistent knee pain (over 2 years!). UPDATED!

Is this normal?? It's like something unlocked and I'm completely miserable, crying for weeks. No physical pain though :D

Persistent knee pain (over 2 years!). UPDATED!

Pain in knees and foot doesn't bother me at all now, sometimes it spikes if I go running but it always subsides no matter how hard I run (if it were a real injury, wouldn't it just keep getting worse and worse?). My emotional state however has never been worse because I assume I'm having to face...

    Really Struggling with Knee Pain

My knee pain is like that too. It just disappears completely for seemingly no reason and nothing makes it hurt. And then it appears again :D Maybe the distraction from seeing your classmates/a new experience that your brain needs to think about distracts it from creating pain...

Persistent knee pain (over 2 years!). UPDATED!

I hope I'm not annoying everyone with all these updates! Last few days I've had next to no leg/knee/foot pain (even the bad left foot pain that I thought was real). I just went running and it was all fine. However, I had intense abdominal pain yesterday which resembled horrific period cramps...

Persistent knee pain (over 2 years!). UPDATED!

Almost no pain in knees or foot today (which is surprising considering yesterday's intense pain). So so inconsistent.
