    In the past 20 years, I have dealt with:
    OCD
    TMJ
    Vulvodynia
    IBS-D

    Currently feel about 75% confident that this is TMS and I have been dealing with it for all of my adult life.

    My goal is to overcome these symptoms and let my body know it is safe.
