    Have been suffering from various unrelated, unresolved symptoms over 19 years, but over the past 5 mostly chronic back pain. After finally (unfortunately only recently) discovering Dr Sarno's Healing Back Pain which told my (and clearly millions of others') story, I knew immediately that my issue is TMS - it was clear as day. Nothing had fixed me up to then. Now I'm working on learning how to convince my brain that I am fine and safe... And since I've found this huge TMS community and so much information around it, I wonder how I did not find it sooner....!! (probably just used the wrong keywords in my gazillion google searches... ) Better late than never, right?
