Day 1 Day 1 of SEP - hopeful but there is a small fear factor

The meditation exercise suggested by Walt is truly helpful. I didn't think anything so simple could deliver such huge benefits. I get 10 - 20 mins in each morning straight out of bed. And if possible another 10 mins during lunch. It really calms the mind.

Day 1 Day 1 of SEP - hopeful but there is a small fear factor

Hi. I am back on my first day. I started this journey 2 years back and never completed the full SEP because I recovered before completing the full 42 days. It has been nagging at the back of my mind all this time to complete what I started. I completed up to day 22 the last time. So here I am...

    Day 1

I've been on and off SEP. Generally taking it slow. The ache is moving all over and still not giving up. It's becoming tough and I am loosing confidence. A week back and I could only think of physiological. Anytime an ache and I will go looking for a stressor. Never crossed my mind that it was...

    Day 1

Journaling gets tougher each day. I struggle to journal because my journal list comprise events which I don't want to confront. People I don't want to send letters to. Personality traits I don't want to beat up on. It's seeming like I don't want to process and release the emotions and memories...

    Day 1

This is now day 8 and things have moved. Journaling has been tough because I have so much anger and resentment. Journaling has been painful because I remember the grief and hurt and loss. Journaling has been insightful because I have discovered unexperienced and hidden emotions from seemingly...

    Day 1

Hi ABD The healing is a given. It really is only a matter of time before you are pain free - you just don't know it yet. I've had chronic back pain for over 15 years. Sciatica and sensations down both legs and butts. Numb feet and tingling toes and fingers. I have been relatively pain free for...

    Day 1

It has taken me the better part of 6 months to get to here - Day 1. Chronic back pain for 15 years. Progressing to Sciatica, herniated discs MRIs, surgery recommendation and even the threat of permanent nerve damage if "we don't act soon". Chiros, physios, asian traditional medicine...

Why am I still in pain? Why doesn't it work?

Thank you for the clarity. I could not have described myself better. :)

    Day 1 A Few Questions

Hi Lynn It requires a level of faith and trust in this TMS journey you are embarking. I have been suffering chronic lower back pain for 15 years and last year it progressed to sciatica. I had an MRI done and the surgeon recommended surgery. I however took to chiropractor, physiotherapy and...

Day 1 Ready to DO this!

Hi Kev I am familiar with your utter obsession about your condition. Doing research on google ceaselessly about your spine (webMD. Spine-Health websites would definitely captured your attention for a bit). You read through tons of forum conversations. The more you read and research, the more...
