When will the soreness go away?

I am thrilled that my overall pain is subsiding, and I wonder if anyone can tell me how long it takes the soreness to my trigger areas (low back, hips and legs) to finally go away?

    Thank you for responding!

6 months to 2 years and beyond. The body will start to repair when you stop thinking about the soreness and start believing you are healed while working on your repressed emotions.
Although remember, some have relief in as little as six weeks, not cured, but relief.
And some heal quicker while others take longer.
The key is not to pay attention to the time.
This will only prolong the cure.
    Bless you

Thank you so much! Today is exactly 2 weeks since I found this site and discovered my TMS...and guess what?! I felt better today than I have in years!! In fact, your post inspired me so much, I decided to get busy living my life without worrying about the pain. My new mantra is : "Since my body is perfectly healthy and structurally sound, I CAN DO ANYTHING!" I am having fun with it.
