How long does it take to observe reduction in pain after I started practicing TMS excercises ?

It varies from person to person. Some people feel it within days, some people need months. I started seeing small improvements within 3-4 weeks, but significant improvements only happened 6-7 months later. Full recovery took me about 2 years, but my case was severe. The worst mistake I made was setting up a deadline for my recovery, until I finally learned not to do it. It creates false expectations, increases anxiety and decreases benefits of your emotional and psychological work. Do not make the same mistake!

When I learned about TMS it had been 25 months of pain and many months of disability. So I wanted to live pain-free and play with my children as fast as possible.

So I applied the same techniques used by Olympic athletes for peak performance and was able to recover rapidly. So it is possible to speed up the recovery.

In this video series I explain the steps and how to design a rapid recovery plan. Hope it helps.
