Hi I am diagnosed with cfs and pots and have been doing fairly well the past few years with the tms approach. However, the past week my arms have get sore like I just worked out even tho I have not worked out at all recently. Not trying to search for reassurance but has anyone else experienced this? Trying to decide if it’s a symptom imperative or something worth getting checked out.

Hi @samuelp180 I am new so not sure I can be of help - but when I log in here i try to find posts where no one has replied because, among so many other things, I suffer from not believing I have value and nothing sets that off better than feeling invisible. also - I'm codependent :)
Full disclosure: when I read your post I wasn't sure what "symptom imperative" meant so i googled it and found this great article. I think this is a great read and tells you what to do for this very simply https://www.painoutsidethebox.com/the-symptom-imperative (The Symptom Imperative and TMS — PainOutsideTheBox)
    Good luck! J.

I will be yet another one to ask how are you doing now? Especially, I'd love to know if you did overcome this hunger and lightheadness after meal...
