    I deal with pelvic floor tightness and frequently urination i feel like my symptoms are worse when i am angry or dealing with anxiety does anyone have anytips for this

    Take care of yourself. To reduce strain on your pelvic floor muscles, avoid pushing or straining when using the bathroom. Relaxation techniques such as yoga and stretching can also help to relax your pelvic floor muscles. Taking a warm bath is another useful technique.
