Day 3 I am exercising

    I have done yoga for the last 2 days and gone on walks. I plan on starting to jog again. I must admit I am a bit worried about that one, but I feel doing it strengthens my mental healing process...therefore will keep me pain free. I am so grateful for this forum. It is life changing. Thank you!

    Sounds like you’re making great progress! I always feel better after a walk too!
