    This is awesome to know what all deep breathing does and how it is used to help us relax -- The mechanics behind how breathing really does calm down the nervous system. Awesome. I knew it worked I just didn't know this much was known about it. I love the article. Thanks

    I always find deep breathing is helpful in reducing anxiety and stress,
    but this article is the first I've read that explains why. It's really helpful
    and reminds me how important deep breathing is in TMS techniques for healing.
