Ok so, brief story so far. I had tension headaches at 17, then a wrist injury at 18. (Or was it TMS?) then eventually recovered... Then I got depression... Then 'new daily persistent headache' and migraines.... Then some back pain in-between.... Gosh just writing this down, crazy how much pain I've had!... Then at about 30 I had 'RSI' in my wrists and a friend told me of TMS. so I recovered, amazing.... But then kids, grief.... Chronic sciatica, then a 'bulging disc' long covid, knee pain, more back pain ... Then a sprained ankle... And that was 3 months ago.... And then a few weeks ago tendonitis in my wrists again... I'm still on crutches, under physio and waiting for MRI. I still have some wrist pain, but after 3 weeks wearing supports and being careful I remembered TMS so read the Mindbody Prescription again, took off the supports and started not being careful.... However, I still have niggling doubts about the ankle. They said peroneal tendonitis, then probably bone marrow edema, or a small crack or rough bone?! I'm scared to ditch the crutches and stop the excessive...... So I'm doing the recover programmes on here and the David Schechter Mindbody workbook....
