    Outdoor swimming-pool then sauna
    3 days ago (2 times a week, when possible)
    I love the feeling of fresh water then heat and sweat on my body. It makes me relax. And then, I offer me a patissery or à good sandwich, with a smoothie strawberries/banana or manguo !
    It's sport and well-being.
    Good for the body and mind.
