    Just to post a progress post pain wise it as not change if anything it got worse ( I guess it's a good) but have to stay on meds if I don't sleep I can not work, plus at the moment it's the only way I can take care of myself. Mindfulness and deep breathing are very helpful. I don't except much right no. I laugh everyday and try not to have my mind racing all over the place.

    Laughing is one of my favorite ways of relieving stress. Mindfulness and deep breathing, too.

    TMS healing can be fast, slow , up and down and everything in between...but healing is possible.
