    Just to post a progress post pain wise it as not change if anything it got worse ( I guess it's a good) but have to stay on meds if I don't sleep I can not work, plus at the moment it's the only way I can take care of myself. Mindfulness and deep breathing are very helpful. I don't except much right no. I laugh everyday and try not to have my mind racing all over the place.
