Day 16 - 3 people who know about my attempts to recover using TMS

1.) The GF helps me daily on TMS
2.) I have a counsellor who is not trained in TMS but they are helping me with any childhood issues or current stress. I have mentioned im trying to cure my body with my brain.
3.) The mother i briefly mentioned i was trying to use brain to heal. I've since said i dont want to talk further with her about that due to TMS strategy not to talk with people about symptoms.

So basically only GF and anonymous counsellor know im using TMS approach.

 

I think it's good to talk to a counselor about TMS, but would otherwise keep it to yourself. I think you were wise to decide to stop talking to that mother about her symptoms. Maybe just tell her to read Dr. Sarno and start the SEProgram.
