    Hi,

I’m a long time qigong practitioner and now that I understand my sciatica most likely stems from TMS, I’m wanting to incorporate some of the work into my qigong practice. Just wondering if anyone else has done this and how it worked out for you?

Yes! I occasionally enjoy QuiGong and I hope to have occasion to practice it more. It's very meditative if you allow it to be.
You may enjoy this youtube channel, it's by a TMS practitioner who also practices and recommends QuiGong as one component to dealing with TMS.
