Thanks for posting this. I didn't watch the first few but the last two are really good and concise ("How to Reverse Chronic Pain" and "All MRIs are Abnormal").

The "all MRIs are abnormal" was particularly reassuring: that basically unless you are a child there is going to be something "wrong" with your back. The table at about 4:30 in that video particularly informative: e.g. that by age 60, among 3000 patients WITH NO BACK PAIN, 88% had disc degeneration, 50% had facet abnormalities, 1/4 had a spondylolisthesis, etc. All totally normal. I loved the comparison to your skin: that by the time you are 40 or 60 or whatever age, your skin will no longer be perfect like a baby's skin, and thus judged against a perfect specimen it is "abnormal". Yet having some wrinkles is perfectly normal and natural and doesn't hurt you whatsoever. Same with your spine.
