Accountability Thread Day 1

After four years of putting my health last for perfect grades that never existed, and feeling uncomfortable with my sensitive personality and body, I'm not going to perpetuate that mindset of fear and brokenness any more.

This is it. This time it's going to stick.

I'm putting my health first:
Daily morning routine with a mini workout

Making brave choices

Taking action instead of avoiding

Seeing myself as strong from within no matter how many symptoms I get

Investing in my life for the long term
