    As a TMS Therapist, I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques to help clients understand their own mind-body connection in order to deactivate pain signals in the brain. I encourage patients to approach their pain and subsequent healing not with expectation, but rather through a lens of empowerment. In addition to direct strategies and techniques that aid in reprocessing perceived danger signals, I aim to help clients to increase their self-compassion and self-care as essential tools in chronic pain recovery as well as personal growth.
