Thank you for joining the TMS wiki!

This wiki was founded based on the belief that TMSers have the generosity and the passion to build a website that is owned by our entire community.

Dr. Sarno writes that "information is the penicillin of TMS." We can use this wiki like a "free TMS book," reading the wiki over and over and, when inspired, even adding to it as a way of healing ourselves.

Some notes to get you started: (try clicking the links)

  • Writing your own TMS story can be a healing process and we encourage you to add your story by creating your profile and updating it as changes happen. We have video tutorials on editing your profile, uploading a profile pic, and even finding a profile pic using images.google.com.
  • If you haven't yet, we highly recommend watching our "using this wiki" video.
  • When you are ready, feel free to start editing any page that you have an idea for improving (even this one!). Our editors are very friendly, and they will always be happy to see your contributions and help you in any way that they can. Alternatively, if you aren't ready to edit just yet, just explore the wiki, getting to know your way around. Make sure to visit the [/thread discussion forum] and the profiles of some of our more active members. Say hi and come back again soon!
  • The EasyEdit button is intuitive enough that some editors figure out how to edit just by pressing it and experimenting. If you would like a more systematic introduction, visit our The basics of editing this wiki page for more video tutorials. If you have a technical problem, visit our Technical Mentoring page and you might get an answer instantly!

Happy wikiing!
