What I am proud off

In my life I am most proud of how well I did at university, and getting onto a grad scheme for a major company. I worked really hard to achieve all this and feel that it is OK not showing off to be proud of it. I can also recognise now that it was my inferiority complex my deep down feeling of unworthyness that drove me to work hard and perform well, in this way my perfectionism actually helped me to achieve, I would not be where I am today without it, before it resulted in TMS symptoms.

    Calum,
I have mixed feelings about my perfectionism, too. I guess it comes down to trying to find a balance between striving to be good at what one does, but not being so attached to the feedback we get along the way.

Ellen, I see your point, I tend to pick over negative feedback and analyse it. Probably not healthy!
