The Unspoken Rules

    I wanted to give some pointers on how to study and learn TMS knowledge.
    Although we know there no set rules. This is the way I did it and it worked just fine for me.
    This will be sort of the unspoken rules for learning TMS healing. So here we go.

    1) Study regularly about tms healing. A prescription if ordered by a physician would not be effective if taken once a month.

    2) Think about learning tms knowledge therapy as a skill for happiness, not a chore of gloom.

    3) Take one or two days off a week so you can keep your mind prepared for learning new things. On those days off have nothing but me time so you can relax and really enjoy life, it will crank up your energy so when you do get back to learning you'll have lots of positive energy.

    4) Study in a relaxed state of body and mind. Don't rush your tms knowledge therapy learnings. Study in a leisurely manner. The absence of tension is required so you can get all that is required.

    5) Study with expectation and enjoyment. Tms therapy is not a gloomy thing to do. Tms therapy is a happy and victorious way of living.

    6) Be comfortable when you study and apply this knowledge. Allow your body to be relaxed. Don't be rigid, the power of believing cannot reach your personality as easy as needed through a tied up body and mind.

    7) Study expecting to get your issues solved. Relax regularly yes and then let the issues simmer as you go through your daily practices of quieting your thoughts to permit insights from the depths to come to the surface of your mind.

    8) While studying practice eliminating all ill will. Grudges block the flow of your healing power. practice forgiveness daily.

    9) Practice the art of meditation. Think of some beautiful and peaceful scene, perhaps even your favorite beach or fishing adventure, then see yourself in your minds eye as already fully healed and complete wanting nothing. This will tend to bring you peace and refreshment.

    10) Practice being happy with who you are right now. Learn to live in the now and not the past or future. Learn to expect your healing to happen to you gradually and thoroughly. Expect great and exciting things to happen to you even when you have a setback. There are success stories happening everyday somewhere and soon if you stay course it can happen for you.
