Leg pain

Hi All

I've previously had surgery on my discs in my lower back and im generally pain free however if i try to stretch my hamstrings or calves it brings on pain similar to the leg pain i experienced prior to surgery. Would you say this is a conditioned response or could it be the effects of surgery?

We're not medical professionals here, so we can't tell you if your particular pain is the result of surgery. You can, however, ask yourself this question:
"What would happen if I assume it's a conditioned response?"

Your question is certainly the result of your fearful brain, which wants you to stay fearful, and to doubt that this could be TMS.

Go to the Success Stories subforum, then do a keyword search on conditioned response (limit the results to "this forum" and see what you come up with there. There should be plenty of people talking about this in relation to successes.
