    If anyone needs a laugh and lives in London, I run laughter playshops every wednesday evening by the royal festival hall. No need to pay if you cant afford to.

    yes it is laughter yoga but sometime I like to use other names as people think you need to be flexible which you don't yoga part of the name is a bit misleading :)
