    Right with you on this. If you go to specialist doctors they all want you to have their "thing". If all you have is a hammer, everything loops like a nail. It's hard to grasps what havoc an overactive ANS can cause.

    I would so love to hear from someone on this old thread. I'm having some of these weird symptoms now, including the drop of water one, and it would help to hear an encouraging word. I've come so far on my TMS journey, seen many symptoms come and go, but these are too weird (as is the world these days) for me to accept without a friendly boost. Thanks!

    The way TMS manifests from day to day isn't important, though I know it can be annoying and frightening. The purpose is to distract us, so sometimes after we've become to wise to some symptoms being TMS, our brains then come up with even more bizarre symptoms to scare and distract us. The important thing is to be aware that it is TMS and treat it like any other TMS symptom. You've been successful so far, so you can overcome these symptoms too! Hang in there.
