I’m seeing a SIRPA therapist

I’ve had 2 sessions now with a SIRPA trained hypnotherapist (SIRPA is Georgie Oldfield’s organisation if you weren’t aware)

No improvement as of yet. I don’t have much hope but giving it a go.

I’m £550 lighter anyway.

Just went back on antidepressants yesterday because my mood has fallen off a cliff. It sounds weird but I’m excited for my tablets because if my mood lifts then my pain might. Because my pain generally dictates my mood.

Other people have been “cured” with one session off this therapist. No surprise that I haven’t.

 

Sometimes we get what we expect. I'd challenge you to believe you will be healed. Work on believing deep down.

 

@patrickj, have you reported to this therapist that your ACEs "score" is three?
