It's been great to see a lot of activity in the "New Profile Posts" box.

People seem to be finding it a great way to engage with one another, so I thought I'd make a quick video on how to do it.

You can also read all of the profile posts and status updates by clicking on the "All Recent Threads" link near the top of the page and then clicking on the "New Profile Posts" tab. Here's a shortcut to what you'll see if you do that:

Thanks for this post, Forest. It should help a lot of people who want to share their stories and
    ask questions.

Sorry Forrest I tired to respond in ur success story but what I wrote was too long. Hopefully you'll read it here even though this probably isn't the proper place to put it. Oh my God dude some of your symptoms sound so similar to mine. I'm just now getting to where I can write a couple paragraphs before the cramping kicks in. Money is used to cramp after only writing a few words. I dropped out of college and I've only been working a small part time job just because I'm afraid to do anything more challenging. Just like you I'm afraid if I do anything else I'm just going to further injure myself and keep myself from healing. I've given up all activities out of fear of hand wrist arm elbow pain. Just like you I've had very brief moments of what seemed like recovery. But as soon as it seemed to start getting better I would start getting those burning feelings in my arms and hands again those aching cramps. I've been to an orthopedic that said it was a neurological problem and I've been to a neurologist that said it was an orthopedic problem. I've had several tests including MRIs EMGs nerve conduction studies x-rays blood tests. Every test came back clean they couldn't find one single thing wrong with me. It's so frustrating to be told that they can't find anything wrong with you when you know that somethings wrong. The first doctor I went to told me I had tendinitis. As the pain progress and I start develop other symptoms including tremors the doctor decided it was time for specialists. I've heard of the TMS theory before too and I've read some of Dr. Sonos books. Like you it just seemed unreal to me. It's still hard for me to completely believe but I'm going to keep trying because stories like this give me hope
