    I started having bladder pain in 2009. I use to run six days a week prior to my bladder sx. I have been able to walk on a treadmill but today I decided to run the last 1/4 mile. It felt great, but am I out of shape. I plan to run the last 1/4 of my walk for the next week and hopefully add a 1/4 mile to each week. I can't wait to run again!

    That's so great to hear. You don't have to go run 10 miles when you first start to be active again. The important thing is that you are being active. You have a great plan to increase your activity slowly but surely.
