    Hi y'all
    Completed day 2. My foot pain is def much better but my anxiety/mini panic attacks are happening still. Gotto make them go away. Have a good one!

    WelcomeCMA,
    I never new I had so much anxiety. I have had it starting as a small child. It has just always been part of my life. Now that I am aware of it I feel it oozes out of my body.

    In a few days meditation will be discussed. I feel it has made a big difference for me in helping me to relax. Then I started walking which has also helped immensely too. Sandy
