Well I just finished a couple miles of running, chanting the entire time "there is nothing structurally wrong with my legs". I definitely still felt tons of aches and pains all around my knee and calves, but I did it. It's definitely uncomfortable because to me it still feels like something is very very wrong with my knees, but tests have proved otherwise. I just have to continue pushing back against the pain and believing it's psychological.
I'm ending this day in better spirits than when I awoke, thanks to the great people of this website!
    Hoping for the best.

Hi, Dfrancks. I think you're wonderful, and very courageous. Running a couple of miles and chanting that your pain is psychological and not structural is the way to heal. Tests have proven you are structurally okay, so any pain has to come from TMS emotions.

I'm so glad your day ended for you being in better spirits than when the day began. That means a lot to your self-confidence.

I think in a way you are at an advantage that you've found TMS so early.

Alot of interviews I've seen on neoroplasticity seem to suggest the mind - body can change faster within young people. So it will be very interesting to see how you fair when you start the process.
