    4 years ago had first big incident with 3 herniated discs. Had been building up for years. Did PT for 6 months and then slowly got better and made some big life changes and moved to WY. Got generally healthy and active again in this gorgeous new setting.

    In Jan 14, had first big relapse with my L5 hernia protruding. Pain unimaginable. Took Epi injection and took a month to get better. Mid March had another set back and had another injection. Very fast recovery is time,but began to realize it may be stress related.

    Read Sarno's book and watched DVD. Saw myself in every sentence. Wanted to explore this as I don't want to become dependent on injections and want to resume my life.
