  • My Story

I recovered from 20 years of low back pain after reading and following Dr Saro's advise in his book Healing Back Pain. I threw away my shoe lifts, stopped back exercises, walked through the pain. Often fell asleep listening to Dr. Sarnos book. I also attended one lecture from a TMS doctor in California. My recovery period took a few months. Unfortunately, the TMS has shifted several times to different parts of my body (elbow, shoulder, hip, feet). This continued for about 10 more years and then went away except for occasional pain areas. But where did it all go? I believe it went to my digestion. Three plus years now of this problem and it is hanging on! It's great I don't have back pain but this is worst and I've lost 18 lbs.
