    my dad and my uncle both have had lifelong problems with their back. after reading Dr. sarno's book they have been pain free for over 2 years now. i have just gotten into it but i find that it helps already, but i'm just not feeling as good as i want to. im hoping that talking to others will help get me on the right track.
