    I have been experiencing low back and leg pain for the last three years. A neurologist diagnosed my condition as spinal stenosis. After reading a few of Sarno's books I went to see Dr. Rashbaum, who diagnosed me with TMS. I have resumed walking 10,000 steps a day, even though it can be quite painful. I seem to be improving gradually.
