  • My Story

I have a collaborative, relational approach to wellness that allows me to work with people to cultivate a relationship where their unique needs can be seen and supported. I integrate somatic (body-based) and mindfulness techniques, to help individuals identify physical sensations as well as their underlying emotions. I work to cultivate safety, which deactivates pain pathways allowing for a more regulated nervous system. I have a holistic approach to recovery and focus on bringing awareness to the body, as well as community and relationships. I work to highlight and expand upon existing strengths in the work toward healing.
