    I've been suffering from severe frozen shoulder pain for several years. I had surgery on the right shoulder, and lo and behold the pain has now migrated to the left side. I don't want to go the surgery route again!!!
    I've tried the gamma of drugs, treatments, pt, massage, cold therapy, hot therapy, acupuncture, etc. etc.
    My brother recommended me the book by Dr. Sarno and this site. I'm excited to do the program.
